           控雕铣机加工零件的程序通常要比普通机床用的复杂很多，普通雕铣机上用的工艺规程实际上只是一个工艺过程卡，机床上用的刀具、切削用量、走刀路线、工序内的工步往往都由操作上人自行选定。并且数控雕铣机一般都是采用转速比较高的电主轴来加工，那么在加工过程中就会产生大量的热量。这就需要给主轴降温，那么数控雕铣机降温到底是水冷降温好还是油冷降温好呢?

传统雕铣机一般是采用水冷方式，这种方式容易导致主轴内部生锈，而且使用过程中需要经常换水，非常麻烦。

水冷机的制冷方式通常是靠风扇出风来制冷，没有压缩机不能精准控制主轴温度
。
油冷方式则不同，它是通过工业专用油冷机来控制其内部的冷却液温度，通过循环进出主轴内部，实现降温的效果。这种方式有利于保护主轴不会导致主轴生锈，而且油冷机内部的冷却液更换周期很长，一般都可以做到1年以上更换一次。
